Carroll County Government Channel 24 opens up government by bringing the decisions and actions directly to residents’ homes. Our goal is to expand public awareness of how county government works. Programming includes meetings, public hearings, and other government-sponsored events. A talk show, “Keeping It Real,” features conversations with key figures that provide perspective on current topics and explain their department’s or agency’s role.
